Our Team

Our team is made up of people with a diverse and broad skillset, and everyone’s contribution is important to our combined success.  

1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT engineers, account managers, field engineers and workshop technicians form the core of our technical team, supported by our fantastic apprentices.  

Our engineers have their own specialist areas with the entire team able to further their skills through on-going training and education.  

Sales, finance and marketing underpin our technical team, helping to deliver their services to our clients.

Service Delivery Coordinator

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll ensure ITC Service consistently delivers high-quality, efficient support to every client. You’ll monitor service performance, analyse data, and drive improvements across processes, tools, and team workflows. Working closely with service desk and management teams, you’ll help align operations with company objectives, support continuous development, and maintain strong client satisfaction. This role blends coordination, coaching, and strategic thinking, keeping standards high while helping the team and clients thrive.

Service Desk Coordinator

As a Service Desk Coordinator, you’ll keep the heartbeat of ITC Service’s operations steady – overseeing ticket flow, dispatching requests, and ensuring every client receives prompt, high-quality support. You’ll coordinate between teams, track performance, and help refine processes that drive efficiency and client satisfaction. Alongside managing Partner Care and supporting project delivery, you’ll analyse service data, maintain documentation, and play a vital role in developing operational procedures. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail and clear communication make all the difference.

Specialist Service Desk Engineer

As a Specialist Service Desk Engineer, you’ll take ownership of complex technical issues across servers, networks, and cloud platforms. Resolving escalations and leading by example within the Service Desk team. You’ll deliver expert remote troubleshooting, contribute to project delivery, and provide mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring every client receives a fast, professional, and secure experience. With advanced knowledge across Microsoft 365, networking, and security, you’ll play a key role in maintaining system reliability and driving continuous improvement, while upholding ITC Service’s values of integrity, trust, communication, and outstanding service.

Workshop Assistant

As a Workshop Assistant, you’ll be a key part of ITC Service’s frontline support: setting up new devices, repairing equipment, and resolving both physical and remote technical issues to keep clients up and running. You’ll manage and document tickets through our systems, assist with installations and configurations, and deliver friendly, efficient service whether in the workshop or supporting projects.

Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer, you’ll be the face of ITC Service on-site, delivering hands-on technical support, installations, and maintenance to keep our clients’ systems running smoothly. You’ll diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, set up new equipment, and provide friendly, expert assistance directly at client premises.

Service Desk Engineer

As a Service Desk Engineer at ITC Service, you’ll take the lead on complex technical challenges – providing advanced remote support, mentoring colleagues, and keeping client systems secure, stable, and productive. You’ll be trusted to handle escalations across hardware, software, and network environments, working closely with our specialist engineers and management team to deliver rapid, reliable outcomes.
