CRM Implementation Specialist (HubSpot)

The Role

We’re looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist who can help our clients, and our own marketing & sales teams, get the full value out of HubSpot. This isn’t a back-office admin role. You’ll be the person clients rely on to understand their business, configure HubSpot to fit how they actually work, and show them what’s possible.

You’ll own the entire implementation lifecycle: scoping requirements, migrating data, building workflows, training users, and refining the system as needs evolve. Internally, you’ll partner with our Marketing Team to strengthen our own HubSpot usage, from campaign automation to reporting and lead management.

If you’re someone who takes real satisfaction in a well-structured CRM, an elegant automation, or watching a client see their pipeline clearly for the first time, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Client Implementation & Consulting

  • Lead HubSpot implementations end-to-end: discovery, configuration, data migration, go-live, and post-launch support.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their sales and marketing processes, then configure HubSpot solutions that genuinely fit their needs.
  • Build and optimise custom pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and reporting tailored to each client’s objectives.
  • Manage data migration and integration between HubSpot and third-party platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and ongoing training that build client confidence and independence with the platform.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related queries, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance.

Internal Sales and Marketing Support

  • Partner with the Marketing Team on campaign setup, email marketing, lead nurturing workflows, and automation strategy.
  • Support our sales team on HubSpot adoption and training
  • Maintain our internal HubSpot instance, including data quality, segmentation, and GDPR compliance.
  • Provide reporting and actionable insights on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics.
  • Optimise landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline CRM processes and improve efficiency across client accounts and internal operations.
  • Stay across HubSpot product updates and industry trends, bringing relevant insights back to the team and clients.
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively recommend enhancements before issues arise.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (implementation, configuration, or administration).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, including leading discovery calls, running training sessions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, marketing automation, and sales pipeline management.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and maintaining data integrity across platforms.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of GDPR compliance and data privacy best practices.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, CRM Implementation, Solutions Partner accreditation, or similar).
  • Experience with HubSpot’s API, custom integrations, or tools like Zapier and Make.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, attribution modelling, and advanced reporting.
  • Background in an agency, consultancy, or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Experience supporting or working within marketing teams.
