Christopher Potts
Founder & Director
Christopher’s leadership is deeply embedded in both strategic direction and day-to-day operations. He is a big fan of solving problems, sustainability and colourful socks.
Louise’s responsibilities span financial oversight, strategic planning, and cultural leadership within ITC Service. She loves long walks with her dog Harry and a good gym session!
Robin is responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales strategy, and aligning commercial efforts across departments. Outside of work he is a keen golfer, with a deep love of cricket.
James’ role include financial strategy, budgeting, compliance, and operational efficiency across ITC Service. He is a big foodie and spends most of his time in Excel – and loves it!
Godfrey’s role centres on overseeing service desk, technical support and customer service. He likes puzzles, is a big music and tv fan, and enjoys epoxy resin casting “things”.
Adam is a key figure within the team, responsible for coordinating service delivery, partner relationships and logisitcs. He loves spending time with his children and coastal walks.
Connor leads the marketing department and is responsible for shaping our brand presence, campaigns, and comms. He (really) loves food and music – an avid guitarist and performer.
