This year, we’re celebrating a major milestone at ITC Service: our 20th anniversary.
It’s more than just a number to us – it represents years of hard work, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to making technology simple, reliable, and genuinely helpful for the organisations we support.
We’ve grown from a small local team into a trusted managed service provider supporting hundreds of clients across the region and beyond. But at the heart of our journey has always been the same focus: great service delivered by great people.
The recent investment from BGF has opened new opportunities for us to grow our team, enhance our technical capabilities and begin a meaningful acquisition strategy. This momentum gives us the platform to bring our culture, our expertise, and our people‑first approach to even more businesses across the UK.
To mark the occasion, we began with a celebratory cake that officially kicked off our 20‑year anniversary activities. From there, the team took part in company‑wide quizzes and an all-staff business update where we reflected on our journey so far and shared the plans shaping the next stage of our growth.
We also recognised long‑serving colleagues with awards that acknowledged the dedication and commitment behind ITC Service’s continued success.
We rounded off the celebrations with a food truck and a team meal, giving everyone the chance to step back from the day‑to‑day and spend time together. It was a fitting way to recognise the milestone and the people who make ITC Service what it is today.
