Quick Fix Engineers work on tickets that can take up to 15minutes and they are also an overflow in the call queue behind Partner Care.

A Quick Fix ticket would come in via email or customer portal and dispatch would assign a Quick Fix engineer for 15minutes.​

Dependant on the difficulty of the issue this would then be escelated after the 15-30 minutes has elapsed.​

We will then contact you once this is complete with a breakdown of the issue and the fix applied.​
