Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We firmly believe that the future of our planet depends on the actions we take today. As such, we have implemented several initiatives that reflect our social responsibility. From planting trees, to using 100% solar energy, hardware recycling and more.

As a longstanding member of the South Tyneside Pledge, it is a great honour that ITC Service we’re presented with the ‘Environmental Champion Award’. Recognising our commitment to sustainability in the region.
As South Tyneside Pledge Members, we vow to ‘use local’ whenever possible. ITC Service look forward to continuing the partnership with Invest South Tyneside
Utilising solar energy is key to our sustainability efforts. Our 46KW solar array paired with our electric vehicles, allow us to significantly reduce cutting fossil fuel use and lowering our carbon footprint.
We worked with local partner AR Power who did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them to any business in the northeast looking to benefit from renewable energy.
Our vehicle fleet is composed of 100% electric vehicles, charged by our solar panels. The first acquisition of an electric vehicle was in 2016, where it was immediately evident that ITC Service was a perfect fit for electric vehicles.
As the technology has improved, ITC Service has replaced all of their vehicles with EVs, producing zero emissions and charging only with renewable energy.
Our in-house workshop team is dedicated to repairing hardware failures. This helps to significantly cut down on e-waste, and save customers money.
In the fast-paced world of technology. Hardware quickly becomes obsolete. We make sure outdated equipment does not end up in landfills. Our WEEE recycling program allows us to responsibly dispose of and repurpose used equipment.
Reusable parts are salvaged and hazardous materials are safely disposed.
Our commitment to the South Tyneside Pledge is that we utilise the local community and businesses in every way we can.
