Born and grown in the North-East

ITC Service was founded in 2006, with one core mission. To provide SME’s with best in class IT Support services to businesses in the UK. Founders Christopher Potts, and Peter Anderson had a shared vision for building an IT provider that had a key focus on delivering a transparent, reliable service without bombarding clients with ‘techy jargon’. After 17 years of ‘best-in-class’ service delivery, ITC Service are proud to grow to a team of 50+, while still maintaining that core ethos.
