We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service to join our Partner Care team. Partner Care is the heartbeat of ITC Service, they are the face (and voice) of the business and the main point of contact for our clients, future clients and suppliers.
We’re looking for someone to join this rapidly growing team who is excited to deliver amazing customer service and shine. Someone who is adaptable, keen to get involved in the development of the team and most importantly someone with the patience to deal with clients when things can get crazy busy and demanding.
The role predominanly involves managing first contact with clients and guiding them through this interaction in a positive and memorable way, ensuring their query is logged or directed to the correct team. This role also entails dispatching work to the team, following up client queries/ giving updates as well as training clients in the use of our customer portal.
All incoming IT issues from our clients are logged within the partner care team. Whilst no IT experience is required for this role, it is essential that the successful candidate has great attention to detail and is able to follow prompts to gather the correct information that is needed by our engineers to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

We’re looking for someone with experience of delivering exceptional customer service who is comfortable speaking to clients and business partners via telephone, email, live chat and through our customer portal.
Solid communication skills are essential as well as being able to show attention to detail.
